Putting drills

Anyone practice their putting? I confess it’s the absolute worst part of my game, mostly because I have a tendency to over hit everything - I mean I can one putt from here to Egypt! 
 

Before every round, I try to practice my speed on the putting green by putting towards the fringe at various distances, trying to get the ball to stop at the fringe. We don’t have a putting green big enough to do a ladder drill (alas!) in the area.

So what do you work on while putting?
